Absolutely! Please talk to us first. Most of our clients do. We can help you find the perfect site for building your dream home at Lake Norman. While it might seem backward to talk to your home builder before buying land, it’s actually common practice.
Land development regulations can limit the space we’re allowed to build on. This can relate to footprint dimensions and height. By getting an idea of what you want to build, we can help you find the perfect plot of land.

We talk about money upfront. While every project has hiccups, that’s what contingencies are for. Our goal is that your budget doesn’t experience any surprises. Obviously, if you ask for changes, that’s different. But our agreed-upon budget (including a contingency) is as ironclad as you can get.
We believe in building strong relationships with our clients. You should trust your builder like you trust a friend or neighbor. After all, they’re building your dream home.

This is one of the most common questions we get, and honestly? It depends. Every home we build is completely unique. We don’t do cookie-cutter designs. So timelines vary quite a bit from project to project.
Once we sit down together and talk through your budget and vision, we can give you a realistic timeline. Until then, we’d rather not throw out wild guesses.
